PowerBun brings secure AI translation directly into Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Hancom HWP (Hangul). Translate inside the document without uploading files, while keeping DRM and security policies in place.

Installer downloads

Choose the installer that matches your Microsoft Office version (32-bit or 64-bit). For Hancom HWP (Hangul), use the HWP installer (Hancom Hangul 2010 and later supported).

Note: Hancom HWP (Hangul) is currently 32-bit only, so PowerBun for HWP is provided as a 32-bit installer. If Hancom releases an official 64-bit version of HWP, we will provide a matching 64-bit installer.

The Office installer covers Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Get set up in minutes

  1. Check your Office version: open PowerPoint or Word → File → Account → About PowerPoint (or About Word). The version line ends with 32-bit or 64-bit.
  2. Install the matching package: Office 32-bit → Office (32-bit) installer. Office 64-bit → Office (64-bit) installer. (This depends on the Office app, not the Windows version.)
  3. Hancom HWP (Hangul / 한글) → install PowerBun for Hancom HWP (supports Hancom Hangul 2010 and later).
  4. Run the installer you downloaded. If Office/HWP is open, close it before installation, then reopen it after setup is complete.
  5. Start the app and look for PowerBun in the ribbon/menu, then sign in with your PowerBun account.

FAQ

I installed PowerBun, but the PowerBun menu or buttons do not appear.

  • First, confirm that you installed the package that matches your Office application version. In Word or PowerPoint, go to File → Account → About, then check whether Office is 32-bit or 64-bit.
  • If Office applications were open during installation, close Word, PowerPoint, and Excel completely, then open them again. In many cases, a full restart is enough for the PowerBun menu to appear.
  • If the menu still does not appear, close all Office applications, remove PowerBun in Add or Remove Programs, then reinstall the correct package. After reinstalling, reopen Office and confirm that PowerBun appears in the ribbon/menu bar.

Does it matter if Windows is 32-bit or 64-bit?

No. Choose the installer based on the application you run (Office/HWP), not Windows.
