1. General Policy
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal to prevent future renewals.
2. Trial and First Charges
If a free trial is offered, no paid charge is applied until trial completion and plan conversion. Customers are responsible for canceling before trial expiration if they do not want paid billing.
3. Eligible Refund Exceptions
- Duplicate charges caused by clear billing error.
- Fraudulent card use validated by payment provider review.
- Material service outage directly attributable to PowerBun infrastructure.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Unused quota or partial use during an active billing period.
- Change of mind after successful delivery of service access.
- Issues originating from customer-side systems or unsupported environments.
5. Refund Request Process
Send requests through the contact form including:
- Account email and approximate charge date.
- Invoice ID or Stripe payment reference.
- A concise description of the issue.
6. Decision Timeline
Requests are reviewed case-by-case. If approved, refunds are issued through the original payment method. Posting times depend on card network and bank processing windows.
